v9

v9: Flat-rate workspace pricing

September 2026

Per-user pricing retired in favor of flat monthly workspace tiers. Evaluator landed at twenty dollars per month, Essentials at two hundred, and Enterprise from three thousand with a choice of Managed or Self Hosted infrastructure. The Self-Service and Governance modules became flat-priced add-ons. Annual terms save seventeen percent and two-year terms save fifty percent. The quote builder retired along with the per-user math, and every price now appears directly on the pricing page.

v8.1

v8.1: Channel-aware acquisition economics

May 2026

The Suites rebalanced to one dollar for Foundation, two dollars each for Governance and Orchestration, with the full catalog spanning one to five dollars per user per month. A ten percent self-serve inbound discount and a ten percent renewal loyalty discount apply on the per-user line items. Early Adopter promotional codes add a time-bounded incentive. A sixty percent combined cap protects against unintended compounding. Customers who sign in 2026 or 2027 lock their rate for the life of the subscription.

v8

v8: Three Suites and Sovereign infrastructure

May 2026

Uniform one-hundred-user banding arrived. Per-user-monthly pricing applied throughout. Three Suites replaced the previous Bundles. Foundation became locked and required. Three infrastructure tiers landed: Shared, Dedicated, and Sovereign. Three support tiers followed. Enriched Directory and Access Requests joined the catalog. Access Intelligence and Access Campaigns took their final names.
